Ingredients

18 gm BAKING POWDER

2 gm BAKING SODA

350 gm CAKE FLOUR

140 gm CASTOR SUGAR

10 gm BUTTER – UNSALTED

150 gm CREAM CHEESE

75 gm ICING SUGAR

350 gm BANANA FRESH

110 ml CORN OIL

3 nos EGGS

Directions

Step 1: Mash Banana in Robot Cook.

Speed: 1000rpm

Time: 10secs

Step 2: Add In Oil, Then Eggs. Combine With Mashed Banana.

Speed: 500rpm

Time: 1min

Step 3: Add In Ingredients To Mix Well.

Speed: 500rpm

Time: 1min

Step 4: Pour On Baking Tray Lined With Parchment Paper. Bake In Eka Oven

Temperature: 165c

Time: 30mins

*Set aside to let it cool down, then slice.

Step 5: Beat To Soften Cream Cheese And Butter. Add In Icing Sugar To Combine Well. Pipe Cheese Frosting With Star Nozzle on Every Slices of Banana Cake.
