Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread
This Korean-style cream cheese garlic bread got everything you want! It's crispy, soft, chewy, garlicky, buttery, sweet and savoury. The garlic bread is filled with a lightly sweetened cream cheese filling and loaded with a strong garlic flavor.

PREPARATION
Bread :

Bread flour | 250 g |
Yeast | 4 g |
Salt | 3 g |
Sugar | 30 g |
Milk | 125 g |
Egg | 1 nos |
Butter | 30 g |
1. Mix all dry ingredients at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Add in eggs and milk. Mix for another 1 minute at slow speed and 5 minutes at medium speed.
3. Add in butter, and mix for further 10 minutes at medium speed until dough is fully developed.
4. Ferment for 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.
Portioning
Scale 3 pcs at 160g each.
Cream Cheese Filling :

Cream cheese | 200 g |
Sugar | 30 g |
Whipping cream | 50 g |
1. Soften the cream cheese with either microwave or bain-marie.
2. Add in sugar, and mix well by using hand whisk.
3. Add in whipping cream gently to make sure all ingredients are combined well.
4. Place into pipe bag and standby to use.
Garlic Topping Sauce :

Melted butter | 130 g |
Chopped fine garlic | 40 g |
Condensed milk | 30 g |
Egg | 50 g (1 nos) |
Honey | 20 g |
Parsley | 3 g |
1. Combine all ingredients together.
ASSEMBLE
1. Round up the dough and rest for 20 minutes.
2. Round up the dough again and flatten slightly with a palm of your hand.
3. Proof the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes until the dough doubles in size. Bake at 160°C for 15-16 minutes until bread turns golden brown.
4. Half-cut the baked bread into 6 parts.
5. Pipe the cream cheese filling in between the cut bread.
6. Dip the cheese filled bread into garlic topping sauce.
7. Bake the bread at 160°C for 10mins.
8. Ready to serve!
