1) Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

To assist Manager on the following tasks:

  • Assist in all works related to the preparation of monthly management accounts and various management information reports.
  • Undertakes daily and month end Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger accounting transactions.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Fixed Asset Register.
  • Assist in providing schedules and documentation for internal and financial audits.
  • Undertake special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Accounts/Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, except for weekends & public holidays
  • Working Location: Block J Setiawalk, Persiaran Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47160 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

2) Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to customer via phone.This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to customer.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs and goals.
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality – keeping customers’ information confidential at all times.
  • Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally.
  • Involve in growing online sales on our e-store, social media and online marketplaces in Malaysia.
  • Familiar with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and marketplace (Lazada, Murah Kitchen).
Requirements:
  • Sales-driven, target-oriented, and responsible attitude
  • Meticulous and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Web Content Management System would be of added advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, except for weekends & public holidays (the actual hours you work may vary, depending on the workload)

3) Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule sales demo events and set up product display area.
  • Welcome all customers and interacted with them in a friendly manner.
  • Performe product demonstration and explained its features and benefits to customers.
  • Distribute product samples and responded to customer queries regarding the product.
  • Promote and sell all demonstrated products to generate company revenue.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and complete records for all product sales.
  • Research and select appropriate products and stores for demonstration events.
  • Clean, tidy, and restock the assigned sales area properly.
  • Order and maintain the optimal inventory level of all needed supplies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers.

  • Extensive experience of sales-related product demonstration, sample distribution and marketing activities
  • In-depth knowledge of sales practices and digital marketing techniques
  • Remarkable knowledge of social media platforms and customer service concepts
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook programs
  • Ability to manage and complete all assigned tasks, in a timely manner
  • Ability to interact with all coworkers and customers, in a friendly manner
  • Candidate must possess a relevant Certificate in Culinary or equivalent
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pusar Puchong Jaya or Penang
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel (if required)

4) Application Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize and ensure the smooth running of the demo showroom & kitchen
  • Effectively use enthusiasm, creativity, strong culinary skills and commercial acumen to actively sell the benefits and added value for each new product developed
  • Assist in the Launch of new products, menu or recipe dishes successfully
  • Successfully and Professionally participate in/conduct product presentations
  • Provide demonstration support to sales team during in house promotion & exhibition
  • Conduct equipment testing and explore new recipes
  • Handle customer’s queries and provide relevant consultation according to customer’s needs
  • Conduct or assist sales persons on product training to dealers and consumers

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a relevant Certificate in Culinary or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in hotel / restaurant.
  • Proficient in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Basic computer skills and usage of Microsoft applications.
  • Basic knowledge in the operations of standard kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • 5 working days in a week (Monday - Friday)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Meranti Jaya, Puchong or Pusat Bandar Puchong
