Santos #12 Meat Mincer is dedicated to hotels, restaurants, institutions, butcher shops, and supermarkets to mince or grind any kind of meat, including the most difficult ones.
It comes with 3 different mincing plates: ø 3mm, 4.5mm, and 8mm holes. A set of 3 sausages cones is available in option, to use with a special plate with Ø20 mm holes.
The body is made from stainless steel, and it has reverse mode in case of jamming. All parts of the machine are removable and dishwasher safe.
