- Separate sump and heating compartment drains allow for easy cleaning and sanitizing.
- Shipped with a stainless steel front, powdercoated silvergray hammertone body and black base.
Hatco's Food Rethermalizer/Bain-Marie Heater is designed to be used with a Food Rethermalizer or Bain-Marie to heat or hold foods at safe-serving temperatures between 140øF-190øF (60øC-88øC). The FR mounts under a sink or holding vessel, with water being continually circulated to avoid any "cool" spots.
