These high heat food pans can transform and adjust to different temperatures, cold to hot and are safe for cooking applications up to 375ºF (190ºC). High Heat Pans can go from prep to cooler to oven to steam table to reduce unnecessary handling. They are also great for freezing, cooking and reheating. Matching high heat translucent lids, drain pans and colander pans are available to complete the system. These High Heat pans along with accompaniments can withstand temperatures from -40ºF to 375ºF and unlike metal pans are safe for use in microwave ovens.
