Duche De Leche with Sous Vide Technology
Dulce de leche is used to flavor candies or other sweet foods, such as cake, churros, cookies, waffle, creme caramel, and ice cream.
To making Duche De Leche, prepare 1 can of condensed milk.
Preheat the sous vide machine to 85°C.
Place the condensed milk into sous vide and set time for 12 hours.
Cover the water bath with plastic wrap to minimize water evaporation.
Add water intermittently to keep the jar submerged.
When tha timer goes off, remove the jar from the water bath.
Serve immediately or refrigerator for up to two weeks.
