Dates Cake (Kek Kurma)

WALNUT (OPTIONAL) | 75 |

METHOD:
1. Melt the butter.
2. Blend the dates and milk together using a blender. Set aside.
3. Use a hand whisk or mixer (if want to make bigger batch), combine the melted butter and sugar together.
4. Add in eggs, dates and milk mixture. Mix well.
5. Then, add in all dry ingredients and mix well.
6. Transfer into desired cake tin or scoop in muffin cups.
7. Bake at 160°C for 15-20mins (for muffin size).
8. If bake in loaf or bigger cake tin, bake at 150-160°C for 25-30mins.
