Ayam Goreng Kunyit

In this recipe, you’ll learn how to make a local Ayam Goreng Kunyit for 20pax, using Lainox Combi Oven.

Ingredients

1.7 kg CHICKEN

4 gm CHICKEN STOCK POWDER

8 gm FINE SALT (A)

4 gm TURMERIC POWDER (A)

40 gm VESAWIT COOKING OIL

2 gm WHITE PEPPER POWDER

Directions

Step 1: Mix the chicken with salt, turmeric powder and oil. Place the chickens at frying basket. Ready to cook in the combi oven.

Step 2: Adjust the combi oven setting as following:

Convection Mode: 220'C

Autoclima: 10 %

Time: 10 Minutes.

*Less oil is required to fry chickens in the combi oven. This is just simple fried chicken to mix with the other sauces like sambal, soy sauce, ginger sauce or chilli sauce.
