Sous Vide Vacuum Cooking
What is Sous Vide?
Sous vide is a low-temperature cooking method in which the food is sealed in a vacuum-sealed bag, then cooked evenly in the water bath for some time. Sous vide dishes are often more flavorful and nutritious compared to other cooking methods.
Benefits of Sous Vide:
Less Oil & Fats | Reduced Food Loss | Marinate At Once |
Sous vide method doesn't need any butter or oils added to cooking. It simply cooks in a sealed vacuum bag and retains the original texture, flavors & nutrients. | Food is cooked to a precise temperature in sous vide machine, hence up to 90% less waste and shrinkage compared to roast/grill. | Marination can be done at the same time when you sous vide the meat, or to leave on during the sous vide process. |
