KSU Visit at MAHA 2018

Passing the halfway mark of the show, DAY 6 of MAHA 2018 was marked by visits from The Secretary in Chief, Malaysia (YBhg. Datuk Seri Dr. Ismail Bin Haji Bakar) Ketua Setiausaha Negara, accompanied by his enterouge of Secretary Generals representing all 27 pillars of Malaysian government service.


YBhg. Datuk Seri Dr. Ismail Bin Haji Bakar, arrived at the booth to witness the “Dapur Pintar” by F&B Equipment Sdn Bhd in conjunction with its 40th Anniversary Celebrations. The “Dapur Pintar” is concurrent with the launch of FoodTec by CodeMax, a Malaysian Software which digitalizes entire kitchen operations and “DMS” Which introduces robotic automation into kitchen operations. FoodTec enables the top food production technology in the world to be completely localized to produce Localized food content; and with this, Malaysian Cuisine is ready to be franchised globally due to its ability to solve difficult problems in the food and beverage industry such as standardization, cost control and tracebility. Now, roti canai, thosai and dim sum can be produced in Malaysia and exported globally catering to the ever growing.


With “Dapur Pintar” technology, machines and food processes can be digitalized, standardized and scaled with robots in kitchens and restaurants to come onto a common platform to communicate with each other towards operational efficiency. This Pioneering technology brings Industrial Revolution 4.0 into Kitchens and Food and Beverage Production Facilities Worldwide. FoodTec is in tandem with the national governments initiative to introduce Industry 4.0 nationwide and will have an expansionary effect to one of the most far reaching domestic trickle down industries locally from lab, farm to table. Malaysian engineered robotic arms are now able to automate the making of local delicacies and flavors using autonomous robotic arms and autonomous vehicles. This process reduces costs of products by more than 30% making overall food costs greatly reduced for the rakyat. The existing workforce in the Food and Beverage industry can be trained up the value chain to incorporate digitalization making Malaysia an export hub.
